The event, held at Government Secondary School Gidan Waya, aimed to:
- Evaluate the association’s progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
- Enhance stakeholders’ capacity on Village Savings and Loans.
- Explore joint business initiatives.
The interactive workshop provided a platform for stakeholders to engage in discussions, brainstorming, and plenary sessions, sharing challenges and successes. A joint business venture was drafted and unanimously agreed upon to promote social cohesion and harmony.
A total of 15 stakeholders attended, comprising 5 females (32%) and 10 males (68%), along with 2 RURCON staff and 1 facilitator.
Special gratitude to Tearfund Nigeria/RURCON and the host communities for their ongoing support.
