What We Do

We are dedicated to empowering individuals and groups with the skills and knowledge needed to overcome their unique challenges and achieve sustainable development.

We are committed to empowering small-scale farmers by introducing and promoting climate-smart agricultural techniques. Our goal is to enhance food security, improve soil health, and protect the environment, ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.

Recognizing the critical role of women in societal development, we empower vulnerable women, widows, and girls with essential skills. Through our programs, we aim to enhance their economic productivity, independence, and overall well-being.

In a world often marked by conflict, we provide communities with the tools and skills necessary for peace building and conflict resolution. Our initiatives foster harmony, understanding, and cooperation among diverse groups.

Rooted in our faith, we empower churches, organizations, and individuals with the principles of Christian holistic development. We believe in nurturing the spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being of every person.

We leverage the influence and reach of local churches to address and solve developmental challenges within communities. By mobilizing faith-based organizations, we create a collective impact that drives meaningful change.

Understanding the plight of youths struggling with drug and substance abuse, we offer rehabilitation and empowerment programs. Our initiatives aim to restore their hope, rebuild their lives, and integrate them positively into society.

Providing Urgent Aid For A Better Future

RURCON is working with (WE-EMBRACE FOUNDATION) as a local partner (L.P) to implement a two-year project themed “Livelihood Economic Empowerment Project” with project focus on vulnerable women (widows and those abandoned by spouses) who lack the economic power to adequately meet their needs for food, clothing, shelter and education for their children. This project is aimed at supporting vulnerable families through women and youths to be able to get some level of economic power and strengthen their livelihoods, which will restore dignity to their lives. RURCON and the WE-EMBRACE FOUNDATION are paving the way for positive change and sustainable development in Jos North and Jos South LGAs of Plateau State which are the project locations.
