The Traditional and Religious Leaders from Gidan Waya, Bakin Kogi and Dangoma after the Interfaith Exchange Learning Programme, came up with a joint initiative to promote peaceful coexistence in their communities.
The leaders from Bakin Kogi and Dangome visited Gidan Waya on the 7th of November 2024, the meeting was held at the Palace of the District Head with religious leaders and youths.
Discussions were centred on promoting the message of FoRB, building relationships between both communities, and encouraging youths to be agents of positive change rather than being under the influence of drugs. 32 persons were in attendance including traditional leaders, religious leaders, and youths.
